Assignment Help Questions, Answered

How do I choose an expert?

You do not, and that is deliberate. Send us the subject, the deadline and what you are stuck on, and we match you to whoever has real depth in that exact problem. You get their name before anything starts.

Browsing profiles at midnight is not a good use of your time, and picking someone who turns out to be unavailable just wastes a day.

What does it cost?

There is no price list, because a number quoted before seeing your assignment is a guess. We look at what you actually need and quote it on WhatsApp before anything starts. Nothing is charged until you accept, and the price does not move once agreed.

Why does everything happen on WhatsApp?

Because it is where you already are, and because scoping work properly takes a conversation rather than a form. You send your requirements through the site, we read them, and we pick it up in the chat, usually within minutes.

If you would rather not use WhatsApp, say so in the form and we will email you instead.

How is this different from a homework site?

Two things. First, depth. Whoever picks up your brief works in that discipline, so a nursing care plan goes to someone who has written them and a data pipeline goes to someone who builds them. Second, you keep the authorship. We explain, structure and review, and you write what you submit, which is what makes the grade yours to keep.

Second, you end up capable. A site that hands you an answer leaves you exactly as stuck next week. A call ends when you can explain the solution yourself.

What actually happens in a call?

Video call with screen share, usually 60 minutes. You drive; your expert diagnoses what is really blocking you, works through it alongside you, and keeps going until you can explain the fix back in your own words. Afterwards you get a short written summary.

Is getting help like this allowed?

Yes. Universities run learning centres, writing centres and tutoring schemes that do exactly this, expert help with your studies is a normal part of higher education. What matters is that the work you hand in is your own, which is how every call here is structured.

If you are ever unsure, your university's academic integrity policy will spell it out, and we are happy for you to mention us to your lecturer.

Will you write my assignment for me?

No, and honestly, it would be the worst thing we could do for you. You would submit something you cannot defend in a viva, learn nothing, and put your degree at risk. What we do instead is get you past the blocker fast enough that you can write it properly yourself.

I have a deadline in 12 hours. Can you help?

Often, yes, say so when you book and we will prioritise it. But we will also tell you honestly if a call cannot realistically save the submission. A rushed hour that does not land helps nobody.

What should I have ready?

Your assignment brief, your marking rubric, and whatever you have already tried, code, notes, a half-finished draft. Broken attempts are the most useful thing you can bring; they show your expert exactly where your understanding breaks down.

Can I keep the same expert?

Yes, and most students do. You pick from the panel when you book, and you can request the same person again. Continuity matters on a long project, they already know your codebase and your supervisor's preferences.

What if my subject is not listed?

Tell us before you book. If nobody on the panel has genuine depth in it, we will say so rather than take your money. Someone learning your topic alongside you is worth nothing to either of us.

Is my work confidential?

Yes. Your code, your drafts and your marks stay between you and your expert. Nothing is shared, published or reused, and files are deleted 30 days after the call or sooner if you ask. Ask for a confidentiality agreement before you send anything and we will sign one.

What if the call does not help?

Tell us. One round of follow-up is included as standard, and if a call genuinely missed the mark we will put it right. We do not promise grades, nobody honestly can, because your examiners mark work you wrote.

Do you work with international students?

A lot of our students study in a second or third language. Calls run at whatever pace you need, several of our experts speak more than one language, and there is no penalty for asking someone to explain the same thing three times.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the call type and how quickly you need it, so we confirm the cost in writing once we have seen your brief, no surprises and nothing charged until your call is confirmed. Start the booking and you will have a figure the same day.
